hab gerade beim erstellen der anthologie mal wieder die factory allstars mit LWTUA gehört.
die aufnahme wurde im rahmen der reihe the tube am 27.01.1984 gemacht. nun meine frage: wer sind die factory allstars? hat jemand mehr infos dazu?

That Swing Out Sister line-up in full
The current Swing Out Sister UK tour, which has included 3 nights at the Jazz Cafe in London and one at the Life Cafe in Manchester, features a kind of Factory All-Stars band: Corinne Drewery (one-time ACR guest singer, vocals), Andy Connell (ex-ACR, keyboards / programming), Derek Johnson (ex-52nd Street & Quando Quango, bass), Chris Manas (ex-Jazz Defektors & Kalima, percussion), Mikey Wilson (ex-Jazz Defektors & erm, Texas, drums).

Habe selbst noch nix davon gehört!

Additional Notes:

A broadcast of Channel 4's "The Tube" from The Hacienda, featuring Madonna's first UK performance, and included an interview with Tony Wilson and Paul Morley, as well as 'The Factory All Stars' (including members of New Order, Quando Quango, The Wake, ACR, 52nd Street, etc) doing 'Cool As Ice', 'Shack Up', 'Confusion', and 'Love Will Tear Us Apart'.

January the 27th 1984, Channel 4's The Tube broadcasted from The Hacienda. The Factory All Stars (including Vini Reilly, New Order's Stephen Morris and Bernard Sumner and ACR's Donald Johnson) performed classics like Shack Up, Confusion and Love Will Tear Us Apart.
