Wenn ich das so richtig verstehe, hat Peter Hook erreicht, dass der Markenrechtsfall gegen die anderen Bandmitglieder fortgeführt werden kann. Nun gut, wenn das schon ein heroischer Sieg sein soll.  ;)

Eigentlich ist wohl klar, dass New Order Hooky Geld bezahlen müssen, damit sie unter dem Namen New Order weiter aktiv sind. Soll angeblich passieren. Hooky ist wohl mit dem Prozentsatz nicht einverstanden. Ich sehe allerdings nicht, dass er unterbinden kann, dass New Order überhaupt weiter unter dem Namen aktiv sind.

The legal costs of fighting the case in court would be £900,000 or more, but the judge said that, if Mr Hook wins, his damages would also be “potentially substantial”.

Urging the ex-bandmates to compromise, Judge Cooke concluded: “I strongly urge the parties to seek to resolve the issues between them by entering into some commercial negotiations so that they do not incur the expense of pursuing this matter to trial”.
